This 90-minute course is designed to assist portable sanitation operators and their teams in growing their skills and confidence in serving work site customers.

You will learn:

  • How to differentiate needs and best practices for different types of work sites;
  • What you need to know regarding special types of work sites such as federal installations, schools, and big box stores;
  • Key considerations in determining the optimal number and types of portable units required for work sites;
  • How to identify both ideal and acceptable placement configuration options at various work sites;
  • Specific behaviors you should employ and those to avoid when placing, servicing, and picking up at work sites.

Our Presenter 

Joe Payne is the Operations Manager for Terry's Pumpin' and Potties, Inc., in Elko, Nevada, and has been in the portable toilet industry for 13 years. Joe currently serves as the Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) and is also the co-chair of the Training Committee for the PSAI. He has assisted in developing much of the training curriculum for the PSAI over the past 9 years. Joe also has an in-depth background of creating and delivering training sessions for Wildland Fire Fighting and Juvenile Corrections, his work prior to entering the portable toilet industry.
