NOTE:
This course is modeled after the PSAI Basic Service Technician Training (BSTT) Series, but has been modified to be applicable to best practices worldwide. If you're seeking to receive your PSAI Certification, we recommend taking the U.S.-specific BSTT Series instead. If you've taken the BSTT Series recently, the materials here will already be familiar to you and we recommend taking one of the many other training offerings at the International Summit!
