Meet the Candidates (Suppliers)

For the Public,

PSAI Supplier members have the opportunity to shape the future of the Association by electing strong, visionary candidates to the Board of Directors. Meet the Supplier candidates running in this year’s election and learn about their goals, industry experience, and perspectives on advancing PSAI’s work.

Michelle Amelse, Satellite Industries

I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to run for the PSAI board again. My current tenure on the board has been rewarding and impactful, working with a strong and collaborative community of suppliers, operators, and an association management team.

I bring 26 years of experience in the portable sanitation industry and a humble understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our community. I have served on the PSAI board for the past 3 years and have been actively involved in committee work for 8 years. I currently serve on the Supplier Committee and the International Task Force, and I am the co-chair of the Events Committee. I was instrumental in leading the development of the long-term strategy for PSAI events to achieve lower costs and prime venues both domestically and internationally, which has helped grow events revenue and attendance.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to elevating the industry through collaboration, innovation, and advocacy. With a background in marketing, service, and strategic communication, I have a passion for connecting people and ideas to drive meaningful progress.

I am running for re-election because I believe in the strength of our industry and the power of working together. Having served in many roles over the years, I have seen firsthand how thoughtful leadership and open dialogue can make a real difference. I am committed to being a voice for our members, supporting supplier and operator needs alike, and helping us grow stronger—locally and globally.

Keegan Campbell, Ameri-Can Engineering

I am the co-owner of AMERI-CAN Engineering with my wife, Elizabeth, and we are proud to carry on as the third-generation family stewards of the company. We have three children and love traveling and skiing. I have been a PSAI member since attending my first Nuts and Bolts Convention in 2008. Recently, I served as a board member and am actively engaged in the Standards and Guidance Committee. In addition to sitting on two local non-profit boards and steering committees. One of my greatest honors was receiving the 2022 PSAI Volunteer of the Year Award. Volunteering with PSAI has been personally fulfilling, and more importantly, I have helped guide PSAI toward a strong future. I am energized by the recent innovations in PSAI and excited to help continue driving growth and value for the membership and portable sanitation community.

Brent Guynes, Roeda, Inc.

I’ve spent my career building processes, developing people, and improving operations — whether in uniform or in business. My leadership foundation was forged during 15 years of service as a U.S. Coast Guard officer, where I specialized in search and rescue and law enforcement operations, public affairs, and crisis management. That mission-first, people-always mindset carried forward into the business world, where I now serve as VP of Business Development and future partner at Roeda Inc., a third-generation family sign and print company serving industrial and service sectors throughout the country.

I’ve had the privilege of getting to know the portable sanitation operators, waste haulers, and other service industries, helping them solve brand, safety, and operational challenges through signage and graphics. That experience — paired with my entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to small business growth and efficiency — gives me a broad view of the challenges and opportunities our industry faces.

I want to help PSAI expand its influence, elevate industry standards, and develop the next generation of leaders while respecting those before me.  I believe in serving with integrity, listening first, and executing with excellence.

In addition to this and running our family business, I am celebrating 15 years of marriage this year, and my wife and 3 kids will be welcoming a new little Guynes this October making us a family of 6!

It would be an honor to bring my leadership, efficiency mindset, and operational experience to the PSAI Board as we work together to advance the goals of improving our lives through better sanitation and greater success.

Mark Rosen, Ready2Go Trailer Sales LLC

With over 25 years of experience in Solid Waste, Modular Construction, and Portable Sanitation, I bring a well-rounded background in both sales and operations across Fortune 500 companies and privately held businesses. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh and University of Phoenix.

My entrepreneurial spirit and passion for service have shaped my career. As the owner of Ready2Go Trailer Sales LLC, I embrace the challenges and rewards of building a company and continuously learning from our customers and communities. Our Project 250 campaign reflects this commitment—donating a portion of every trailer sale to 501(c)(3) organizations that support meaningful causes.

I offer complimentary business support to new operators, focusing on their long-term success and being available to assist as they navigate the industry.

Outside of work, I’ve proudly served 10 years on the West Allegheny School Board and currently serve on the Findlay Township Municipal Authority Board. I’ve been married to my wife Celeste for 30 years, and am the proud father of three sons and grandfather to two wonderful grandchildren.

The Portable Sanitation Association International (PSAI) has been instrumental in both my personal and professional growth. Its educational resources, advocacy, and networking have helped elevate industry standards and foster collaboration. I’m committed to supporting PSAI’s mission as it expands its global presence and promotes best practices, helping operators—both new and established—realize the value of active engagement in the association.
