The announcement of the formation of the Portable Sanitation Association is made to the nation!
At this time, television, newspapers, and magazines were the communication tools of the day.
With the first association headquarters being based in Washington, DC, lawmakers and public decision-makers were made immediately aware of this new organization created to help in defining and improving the growing portable sanitation industry.
