This 90-minute course was developed in response to feedback from industry owners and supervisors, who overwhelmingly highlighted professionalism as the most important concept for field workers to master.
Covering key aspects of customer service ranging from professional appearance to company values, this course aims to elevate the standard of professionalism across the portable sanitation industry.
